Meetinghouse Wood

Architectural Review Process

The Meetinghouse Wood Architectural Review Committee can help you plan your home. It will conduct architectural and landscaping design reviews. In addition to formal reviews, the ARC or it’s associates will be glad to assist you informally with advice and consultation.

Like you, we want Meetinghouse Wood to be beautiful for generations to come.

Clearing and construction activities may commence when the approval is obtained and the developer has signed plans. You will be asked to submit the following items for consideration by the ARC:

Site plan with topography at two (2) foot intervals maximum.

Proposed and existing landscaping designs and plans

Location of significant features on adjacent properties.

Schematic floor plans

Elevation drawings, renderings or models.

Building sections, wall sections, trim applications and an outline of material specifications with samples.

Select an architect and builder who have demonstrated the skills that can help you plan and build your new home. Be sure that your architect becomes familiar with the Meetinghouse Wood philosophy & guidelines.

The Protective Covenants of Meetinghouse Wood will be an important element in your planning. In addition, the following architectural guidelines are designed to assure that the homes at Meetinghouse Wood share a commonality of design and tone while allowing for full expression of individual taste & requirements.
